One thing about deconstructing, is about re-using some part of the previous building.

usually will be the structural, this would leads to time efficiency, reducing construction waste by re-using some part of it (the good, the important, and the useful one for sure) and smart using of the new resource (including your money ;) )

So.., there it goes, deconstruction principles are also applicable on our life and living process.. ;)

have a nice day, there!!
